Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that are canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds and returns are not available for:
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Items that have been opened or used
    • Items that are damaged due to customer negligence

Procedure for Returns:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the RAN on the return label.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
